Thought it was over priced,we bkd a double and got two single beds there was tape holding the tiles on the walls, a little bit scruffy in parts for such a pretty hotel

Great place to stay for a few nights before the flight from Phuket International Airport.

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, less than 10 minutes drive to Phuket International airport, airport shuttle bus or guarded car park if you drive. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

Absolutely nothing. Great value for money, really clean and comfortable.

There was an odour of sewerage occasionally, but often enough to be a concern.

This hotel is great if you are looking for a quiet stay or have a relaxed itinerary.

Hotel compound is well-kept and nicely designed. Service staff were friendly. Hotel is close to the airport, able to cab there quickly, and I was not disturbed by any airplane noises. Room was clean and very spacious, even has a bathtub and small balcony. Convenience store is only a 1 min walk away. Free bicycle rental - there are several F&B options that are within 10min cycling distance (you can also choose to walk), as well as Naiyang beach.

Aircon unit was leaking slightly, but I did not notice this until the last day. There are limited bicycles available for rent and they must be returned by 6.30pm, which I did not find very ideal.

Ideal for a night before flying out.

Close to the airport (5 minutes in a taxi) and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and it’s bars. Ideal for that last night in Thailand before flying out. Rooms are well equipped and the swim-up rooms are nice.

Wonderful

The Junior Suite was an incredible value, with a very spacious room and lovely bathroom setup. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The interior was immaculate and the living plants everywhere added a beautiful touch to an urban location.

There was no open restaurant or bar onsite while we were there, despite what the Booking.com description led me to believe. It looked like there was an (unstaffed) swim-up pool bar but it was empty. There is a restaurant for *breakfast only* and the room service options for non-breakfast-time meals primarily featured American food. We ate dinner at Naiyang Central Kitchen (2 min walking) and were very satisfied.

Very Good

The room was big, clean and looking very good. The luggage carrier was very nice.

The woman in the reception was very unkind. We asked for one king size bed for our honeymoon, but they couldn't supply that since all rooms were taken already. We expected some kind of empathy from the receptionist (that wasn't ).

Everything. Minor problem with shower sorted immediately

I liked very much the staff, the rooms, the details of decorations. Since I was in transit spending a night only, I really liked the location, which is conveniently nearby the airport, but still somehow in a quite area not giving you the traditional noise airport hotel type of feeling.

I honestly thought that for the quality of the hotel itself (very positive) it lacked a better breakfast service. It was still OK, but compared to everything else the Hotel offers, probably the only think I could have liked more, was the breakfast.

Great for relaxing

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, Breakfast is great with a wide selection, the coffee could be a bit better. The pool acess room are great but you can also relax around the main pool. The location is about 5 min drive from the airport and the pickup and dropoff worked well. The hotel us about 1km from the beach, perfect to walk home after dinner at the beach. There is a complimentary beach shuttle available, I believe from 8 to 8. We used the Hotel Spa twice for For us Nai Yang beach was perfect, almost no "party" and the local market behind the hotel on Tue, Thu and Friday was an added bonus. We stayed for 4 nights after arriving on Phuket and liked it so much that we added 3 more nights at the end of our Holliday.

Just to name one thing, test the brakes on the complimentary bikes. At first it was annoying that the TV turns on everytime when you turn the electricity on but in the end it felt like coming home, put the keycard in and reach for the tv remote to turn it off. Also the Hotel adverts switch through much to fast, no chance to read what interrested you

Amazing hotel! They picked us up with cool towels and cold water. Gave us fresh juice while we waited in the lobby. The accommodations were outstanding. We will definitely be back.
